Question for the community.  I'd like to sell my lease house that is currently occupied with renters.  I'd rather sell it to an investor who is looking for lease property as the family likes the house and has one kid in junior high and another in high school.  Is there a website/service that markets to lessors (serious and qualified) exclusively?  Thanks.
