Good morning BP. I am about to rent out my condo and move on to another primary residence. I plan on managing myself for now. I always get confused on what to ask for as far as in the beginning. First and last? Deposit? assuming I get 1600/month, I would ask for first and last plus more for a deposit?

Also, what are people using to pay online? most effective communication?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
