New Property Management Software Needs Tested

I've been working with a few people in the area to develop a better software for property management. The software focuses on maintenance and communication between tenants, managers, and owners. I am looking to fill limited free pre-alpha release spots for this round. I don't want to give away too many details but if you have any questions then submit a comment.
