Do I need rental insurance for my house hacking situation?

So here's my situation. I've turned the basement in my personal home into a separate living area. It has a kitchen, bath, two bedrooms and an outside entrance. My brother and his family live there and pay me monthly. Is my standard homeowners policy sufficient or do I need more?
