When you are House hacking...

Afternoon,

I hope I posted this in the right forum...as a "newbie" who is interested in house hacking, I wanted to get an idea of what type of renovations/changes that you had to do to the property once you bought it. Also, did it take long for you all to rent? I think this is a great opportunity and I want to be strategic in my approach.

Thank you in advance!

You compare your property to nearby similar properties. Don't go overboard unless it's super high-end. Seeing you're in Baltimore, get to know the rental laws there!

And also know that your property will likely need to have a lead certification. Try to get it lead free certified rather than lead safe if you can.
