I am going to close on a SFR next week. The property is in great shape and should be ready for a tenant immediately. The only potential issue is that it is a 1.5 bath house and the one full bathroom only has a tub with no shower. However, there is a shower in the basement.

I think I need to get a shower in this bathroom before renting it. Am I right?

What are my best and least expensive options?

Thanks in advance for your comments and suggestions.

I would do something like this: CLICK HERE

This isn't Europe where people use handheld showers while kneeling in the tub. I would hire a plumber and do it right for a few hundred rather than going cheap.
