Hi All, I have 5 rental properties in the suburbs of Chicago - Lansing, Caulmet City, Crete, Rickton Park and Hazel Crest. I am not happy with my current manager because of long vacancy periods, expensive refurbs, late payments and no systems.

Anyone work with a detail orientated property manager with good systems, an eye for expense reduction and timely payments? Thank you in advance.
