Lease Agreement reviewed?

My husband and I just purchased a duplex and this will be our first rental property!  We are doing some remodeling and then we'll start renting it out.  I have a lease agreement but I was wondering if anyone knows of a lawyer that could review it in the Salt Lake City area.  I'm pretty confident it should be fine but I would like the peace of mind.  Ideally it wouldn't cost too much.

    @Jeffrey S. Breglio is the best in the city. He's an investor and HML and knows the game well.

    Trina, we can certainly help out with that. There are many variations of leases out there and most investors choose one or modify to suit their needs. There are other more important issues with holding and leasing out your property. Please feel free to give us call and we can chat. You can find us by web searching. Not sure why my contact info isn't attached.

    Thanks,

    @Dan Beaulieu

    Happy investing!

    Jeff

    It posted your contact info on the bottom.  Thank you @Jeffrey S. Breglio.  I will most likely be in contact in the next week or so.
