Hi, I am looking for a property manager in the Toledo, OH area to manage two rental properties with a total of 8 units If anyone is interested in this opportunity or can recommend any good property managers in the area please let me know.

Offering flat rate fee of 6% per month, no renewal fee for existing tenants.
