Has anyone paying for tenant utilities used products like Sense or Nuer.io for remote smart energy monitoring? Reviews off their iOS app pages suggest Neurio may be more reliable but the pricing on Sense is a bit lower and design nicer. Any experiences with these or similar products you can share?
