Well, your toilet works now
Yes, Ms. Tenant, your toilet works again. But remember that clause in the lease about how the tenant is responsible for foreign object blockage in the plumbing system?

Ha....I hate toilets right now. I've had one split (from an overweight tenant according to the plumber) and another clogged because our tenant was flushing her "sanitary napkins".
