Tenant payment options?

Hello,

I'm just starting the process of being a landlord for the first time - i'm wondering if most landlords are still doing the old fashioned "mail the check in" or if any of you use autopay/electronic deposit options? If so, what platforms do you use? In addition, do you offer any incentives for signing up for an "autopay" situation? I'm not sure how tenants would react to having automatic withdrawl from their accounts, but as a long term renter myself, I would love the option to e-pay my landlord - but none of my landlords have every offered this option. Thanks!!!
