Where do you typically market your rental property for lease?

I've posted my ad on zillow, hot pads, trulia, craigslist.  Anywhere else to get the most eyeballs?

How do you manage the asking price once you've set it based on your numbers?  I have a property that will come available 6/1/17 and have set it at price X.  

Do you walk the price down every 2 weeks or so to get more interest if the current price isn't generating a lot of requests to see it, etc?
