Rental package vs 5 individual rentals

I have 5 rentals under contract, from the same seller. I have a buyer who is interested in them all. I initially put them each  under a separate contract, in case I didn't have a buyer who would take all of them, to make it easier to sell the rest.

How do I go about making this a package of them all? Do I understand correctly that by doing a package that it would close with only one closing fee, not 5? Did I do things correctly in my thinking?
