Tenant sub-leased property without our consent or knowldege

We recently visited one of our rentals in NC and found out that our tenant moved out and is renting the unit to another family.  The tenant did not inform us of the change and is still paying us rent.  We have a clause in our lease that does not allow subleasing or assignment of lease.  This is clearly a breach of lease but not sure if there is a quick way to get occupants out.  Do we have to evict to get the current occupants out of our property?  Any suggestions?
