Property Management Software

Hello, I am about to have my first 6 units under my belt, along with 6 garage units that come with the property. I have a full time job, but do not want to pay a property manager right now. Has anyone found property management software like buildium (or something like that) helpful for managing say under 10 units? Looks like buildium would be about 450/year. Thanks! -Matt

Hey Matthew,

for smaller units buildium and Yardi are cost effective. I would make sure that they are able to handle everything that you are looking for. Also ask them to give you a time to test out the software before you buy. They have some free ones that other members on this site use that I don't have much knowledge about but they can explain the options offered.
