Hi folks, trying to evaluate the rental market in Orlando. Would love to put my parents in a duplex so they can get help with the mortgage. I'd like to get a feel for what 1-2 bedroom units go for in the Orlando area around the airport. I'm comfortable in the Chi-town, IL market but have no clue what to expect in Orlando. Thanks in advance.
