Mods: If this is not allowed please delete. I have seen his name mentioned several times on the forums and his website has TONS of useful information for Florida landlords.
I enlisted the help of a local attorney for preparing my leases. If you are seeking answers to questions concerning landlording in Florida, case findings, etc I have never found a better resource. Harry also teaches quite a bit, including at NARPM to name one. If you want a HUGE resource to possibly find answers, go to www.evict.com. Landlord can be a tough business to navigate to make sure you are legal. Remember, if you find yourself in any court concerning landlording, you want to make sure YOU have acted within the law so as not to prejudice the judge against you.
