Tenants' hoarding: Institute "extreme screening"

Anyone have any entertaining tenant hoarding stories?

When leasing property, I believe proper and thorough tenant screening is one of the most important things you can do to increase your return/minimize loss of rent, minimize vacancies, increase your cash flow and increase your overall return on investment.
