Has anyone used rentberry.com website to find tenants?

I just learned about a website that allows tenants to bid on apartments. The website collects all the tenants information from application to credit score and financials and provides it to landlords for free. The tenants submit bids on apartments and landlords can see a list of rent offers. If a tenant signs a lease of a place they find through rentberry.com then the tenant pays a one-time fee of $25. It is only available in a few cities like NYC, LA, SF, Boston. I wanted to ask if anyone has tried using them and how was the experience. It sounds like there are lots of ways for this to go wrong.
