Difficult Months to find Renters

In your experience, have there been certain months where it has been difficult for you to find renters?   I'm fairly new to this and recently purchased 3 properties.   All things mostly the same with them (even location), two of them were rented in a matter of weeks and the other took several months.   I'm trying to time our next deal, but with summer coming up I'm wondering if this would be a difficult time to find renters.
