Make Ready's, How Important Are They Really?

Ya I've never really heard the term make ready.. but then your question how important are Make ready's isn't logical to me.. how important is it to get the apartment ready for the next tenant.. I'd say pretty damn important unless you want it vacant till you decide to clean it, show it, rent it.

Like on the list of top 10 I would say it's a 10,, you start before the current tenant even vacates.. by getting in,making a list of what needs to be done when that tenant leaves so the condition is good to rent again..
