If you have used the free services of the landlord software at www.turbotenant.com please share your experience.  Is it safe & reliable?  They offer the free services  include the rental listing, online application, tenant screening, online rent payments.

I am new doing the landlord & I need to rent out a unit soon.  Thanks for any input you can provide.
