I am willing to supply the washer & dryer in each duplex units for tenant use and convenience only but I don't want to deal with the associated repairs.  Am I allowed to make the tenant responsible for the repairs when the appliance stops working?  Same for the garage opener.  Please help with a sample statement to put in the lease.  Thanks

Thank you very much for attaching the form.  It is very helpful to me.

Cosigner names will not be on the lease right?  They only sign the Cosigner Agreement lease addendum? 3 cosigners on the same page/agreement?

Hello BP family,

My first lease & I have 3 cosigners for 2 students.  Do I have them each sign separate agreement or 3 of them on the same form?  Thank you everyone for your inputs.

Yes, I have the cosigners agreed to credit and background checks.  You don't need the electronic signatures to sign remotely right?  They would sign on paper and send you a scanned copy? You signed and sent them back?

Sorry this will be my very first lease and I am learning the process and how to do it right.  Thank you for your responses.

@Jen R.

Thank you for your information.  I also wanted to ask about co-signing the lease.  If the cosigners won't be able to sign in person because they live out of town.  Should I accept a signed scanned copy with notary from them?  Thanks

@Jen R.

Thank you for your sample statement.  That is very helpful
