Should this be in the lease?

The house my offer was accepted on has a tiled garage, with a ceiling fan. The water heater is in there too.

Would it be a good idea to put something in the lease to the effect of "garage is not to be used as living quarters", for liability reasons? Or would it be better to just say nothing about it?
