Rental Property managers

I'm looking for Property managers in the Benton, AR / Little Rock, Arkansas / Central Arkansas area. And suggestions? Also, I'm about to move from my primary residence and make it a rental. I'm currently on a 15 year loan. This will not allow too much cash-flow, but house is in good shape and I'm looking more to maintain this current investment than turn huge cash flow just yet. I could convert to a 30 year mortgage, but the cashflow doesn't increase all that much really. Any suggestions or advice? Thanks in advance!
