A renter's legal standing
A friend of mine signed a lease with a management company under the premise they were going to install a washer/dryer for him in the unit post move-in. 6 months later and he still has no w/d.
He's complained and asked for a reduction in rent but the management company hasn't budged. Is there anything he can do to remedy this situation? Does he have any legal standing he can point to that can help them get moving?
