Service Dog in your rental
I have a rental SFH available. I have a perspective tenant couple with an elderly parent who has a service dog or two. I allow pets but charge a fee. Does a service dog change the way you charge. I don't think it matters? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You cannot charge extra for a bonafide service animal.
