Find new boarder/tenant?
Say I have a guy who lives with me. He didn't mention when he moved in 6 months ago that he works from home full time. Of course it's been cold here so he is running baseboard heat 24/7. Once in a while he goes on a business trip, so I figured it would even out. But then he gives his key to his son and his sons friends and they show up as soon as he leaves, to soak up all the free utilities.
To top it off he is loud and obnoxious. He stomps and bangs around in the middle of the night at times and has awoken us four times. He claims nothing is going on...whatever, I lived in apartments for 10 years and never had such a crappy neighbor. Plus the guy previous to him I had no issues with, quiet as a mouse.
Thinking of kicking him to the curb now that it's rental season (by May 1st, since he will be out by then).
