Investing in Orlando rental property

I'm researching about investing in condo rental market in florida. My price range is about 85K to 100K and I am looking into metro west and the areas near attraction. I am interested in long term stable cash flow (~600/mo after hoa and fees). What will be a good location in Orlando to invest in? I am currently researching about 32835, 32839, 32817 and 32828.
