Experience/advise on renting to a diplomat?

I currently have a house rental in Queens, NY. A diplomat is interested; but I am not sure about renting to such applicant due to immunity concern(you cannot evict such tenant, etc). 

Just wondering if anyone has any experience or advise for me, thanks.
