Does a tenant have to write first offender on lease in GA?

Situation in GA: Prospective tenant has plead "first offender". First offender is when you plead guilty but it is not entered in states system as a conviction. Does prospective tenant have to write that on a standard GA lease application where they ask if you've been convicted? Interested to hear answers.
