Need referral for short term rentals

I have couple of properties I would like to rent out with Air bnb. As I look into it, I see it requires a learning curve and quite a bit of time... I was thinking to hire a property manager specialized in those type of rentals.... do you know anyone in metro Atlanta?

I don't own any short term rentals yet, but you may want to check out rented.com.  They match you up with PM firms who will guarantee you rent for the entire year and then handle all the Airbnb bookings and management.  I've never used them but went to an informational meeting where they discussed the business model.
