Tenant ruined kitchen cabinet doors

Tenants have ruined 50% of the base cabinet doors in my kitchen. The wall cabinet doors are undamaged. The doors are 14 years old. I cannot buy the door style any more and it would look awful to have unmatched doors. Since the doors are not new, I don't think I can charge full cost for replacing them. So I'll discount my replacement costs by the amount of remaining expected life in the cabinet doors. I also think all cabinet doors should match, otherwise I lower the rental value of the property significantly. So I think I can charge to replace and install all of the kitchen cabinet doors (with the above mentioned discount), both base and wall cabinets.
Now that I've stated what I think is right, I seek your input. What path would you take to recoup a loss in this situation?
