Need to get a lease aggrement for a renter in California.

I just finished screening, and doing a background check on potential renters. which I went thru trans-unions (smart-move) website. 

I am now needing to find a rental lease agreement to proceed, with these renters. 

we are located in California. can anyone recommend a website, or possible have a copy of one that has worked for them. 

thank you for your help in advance..
