Switching PM as an out-of-state investor?

Anyone have any experience switching Property Managers as an out of state investor?

My Property Manager is starting to get lax with depositing rent payments, responding to emails, etc.  What's the best way to do this from a few states over without having to fly in?

Should I have the new property management company handle the exchange?

Thanks!

@Petra M. go check out the NARPM.org site it is the National Association of Residential Property Managers. The site allows you to search by state and area for professional property managers, who are experienced, educated and hold special designations for property management; look for MPM or RMP designations

Good luck on the change, sometimes change is good
