Security Deposit Refund
Hello Everyone,
I have been a landlord for a year now. My first tenant just moved out after a one year lease. He has cleaned the house and there was no damage in or outside of the house. His security deposit was held in a bank account and has yielded some interest. He is getting a full refund of the deposit.
My question is, do I add a statement to the check(deposit + interest) I am about to send hi? Or just send the check.
Thank you!
