Minimum criteria for finding a deal
In a recent webinar I watched Josh talked about when he is evaluating deals his minimum criteria of a deal is at least $100 of cash flow per month per unit and at least 12% cash on cash return. I was wondering how I would go about establishing these types of minimum criteria and what should I consider for either modifying or using this for my local market?
