Joint venture rental contract help.
I have come across a chance to go in on a joint venture on a rental.
What I'm looking for is how to structure a joint venture contract.
A few details are, he currently owns the home. He owes about 75k left on the loan (home value is about 245k). I have around 5 to 10k to buy in with.
I would like to figure out how to structure it to where I put no more than 5k to 10k in up front. My part in this venture would be managing day to operations and handling anything that comes up. We would split any costs 50/50.
