LLC In Tennesse Benefits

Me and my partner are first time property investors with a rental property in Tennessee (Thank you rental property calculator). My brother who has a few properties in the NY runs all of his properties under an LLC . He was able to give us some tips and known benefits but, self-admittley does not know enough about the market in Tennessee to provide a recommendation.

Wanted to tap into the BP community to get an understanding of the benefits of moving a rental property to an LLC from anyone who has experience in the Tennessee market.
