Need Feedback on Atlanta Get Ready Costs

Hi. I have a 3/2.5 bedroom 2-story SFR house in Forest Park (Atlanta), GA and need it turned around to get ready for new tenants. The past tenants left it pretty good with expected wear & tear (replace a facucet a few blinds - minor stuff). My PM quoted me $4,311 for get ready, which includes new renter-grade carpet/pads, interior painting, deep cleaning. The carpet is being done by an outside company for $1,552 (included in the 4,311 but the rest is being done by the PM staff maintenance people. Does this sound a little exorbitant? I'd love your feedback and/or recommendations.

I'm ready to hop on a plane out of LAX if need be to save a few thousand.

Would love feedback, especially from investors in the Atlanta area.

Thanks.
