Broken water pipe disaster

One leg from the power pole went out, and it so happened to be thr side that supplied the furnace. Pipe broke and disaster ensued. It makes me ill thinking about it. We have demo/remediation people there now that insurance company is covering it.

We are insured for actual value less depreciation. Its that depreciation factor that worries me. When it comes to reconstruction /replacement  I would appreciate advice from those who know.
