Experian Connect for checking tenant credit

I've been using Experian connect for checking tenant credit, but it seems many people have trouble using this system. anything better, more simple out there?

With Experian connect, basically, an email is sent to the prospective tenant, they go to the experian site, run their credit, then I receive a copy.
