Hello BP & Happy New Years

Ive been trying to find the correct forms I can use to wholesale property in my local area of NYC. I'm interested in putting property under contract and assigning them for profit. So I can build capital to get into flipping. I mailed out yellow letter and advertise on Craiglist. Im starting to get calls now. But now I'm stuck.

I read that I would need a purchase and sale agreement, Assignment contract.

And is it good to use memerandum of contract.

I would appreciate is someone can send the right contracts thank you

& Happy New Years
