 The owner of the property where I rent from going 4 years does not wanna fix or paint anything. What can I do? Also wanna raise the rent ?

Hi @Jose Torres,

Realistically if they are things that are like paint and carpet and cabinet handles and moldings etc, your best bet is to find another place to live.  If they are things that make an impact on livability that is a different animal.
