4% proffessional mgmt fee???
I'm trying to fine tune my apt building I bought in Dallas. It has been a LONG time since I dealt with large apt complexes. A couple questions for you prop mgrs out there.
1. Is 4% the norm for the offsite Professional mgmt fee?
2. For 150+ units, how many onsite mgrs or part time mgrs needed?
I'm just tightening down the adjustable expenses. Thanks for some input. Building is NOT a problem , 92% occ and little delinquency and all tenant paid utilities. Thanks. Rich in FL.
