Electrical and roofing question
In the inspection report I received on a home in in the process of buying for a rental it states that the outlets are not grounded. Is this a diy project or will I need a professional and if so how much would that cost ?
Also, above the garage and screened in porch there is just tar paper on the roof. Did someone just not finish the job and is that a quick fix?
