Appreciation gifts are great

Usually landlords talk about getting gifts for their tenants, but this is a little different. Hubby came home from work a little later than I expected today, so I asked if there was a problem.

"No, Sheena C** (one of our tenants) stopped by just as I was leaving."

Of course I thought the worst. "Is there a problem?"

"No, she brought this:"

She said, "I want you to know how much I appreciate you being such good landlords. I have friends who tell me horror stories about their landlords, and I think you're great."

Made me feel good all over!
