Snow Removal in Jersey City multifamily

Hi, I'm in the NYC area and have rental properties in Jersey City. About 3 months out of the year we can have snow fall. I was wondering how do most people handle snow removal with their tenants. I didn't put it on my lease. I have a good relationship with my tenant. I was thinking of offering $25 off a month that he has to do snow removal or should it be every time he removes the snow? Or do I pay nothing at all and tell them its their responsibility?

Would love to hear how people handle this with their tenants.
