Cheat Sheet For House Rules. Anyone?

Hello Biggerpockets,

I now have 9 tenants. All moving in next week. I'm in need for a list of house rules. It seems each year a landlord needs to add on to the list. May anyone provide me with directions where I may obtain a list of house rules? Thank you for your time.

I uploaded ours to the BP File Place. Go to: Tools > File Place > Other Documents > Property Rules. I also have a few other documents available for sharing there, such as Rental Criteria, Tenant Screening, Rent Past Due Letter. Look for those under my name. Feel free to borrow ideas from them, or modify them for your own use. Good luck!
